Quality Is What Ships: A Star-Micronics Quality Inspector on Brand, Specs, and Production Tools

I'll say it plainly: quality isn't a department—it's the product. When someone opens a box from Star Micronics, the first thirty seconds determine whether they trust us as a supplier. They're already worried about being burned, so they look for scratches, misalignments, and blurry logos. One small flaw tells them every other part is also compromised.
